Step 1: Schedule An Initial Consultation
This appointment in an in depth look into your health history and daily patterns and lasts 90 minutes. This time is spent learning your specific goals and assessing your overall health including diet, energy, stress level, sleep patterns, nutrient and drug intake and more.
You'll learn the root cause of your concern and what needs to be addressed in order to succeed. Initial consults are often very eye opening for clients and help one to see the path to healing and how a different approach is needed.
Step 2: Follow Up Support and Accountability
Crossroads To Health offers different package programs that suit your needs for ongoing follow up support. This is where the learning, implementation and accountability is at. Special consideration is given to teach in stages so you don't feel overwhelmed. We address your challenges, answer questions and you start seeing and feeling the difference in how you look and feel!
Complimentary Discovery Call
Complimentary Discovery Calls are offered for you to learn more about services and to answer any questions you have. These calls help me to understand your main goals and concerns, and they help you to learn my approach and how I would handle your specific case.
